"I can't seem to log in"
Check to make sure that you have your child's ID number properly listed for the username. For the temporary password you enter your child's first name (case sensitive) followed by his/her birthdate (no space) listed as Day/Month/Year, i.e., Daniel23/2/1992. Daniel's birthday is February 23 rd , 1992. If there is a single digit you do not need to enter a zero first.

How often are the grades updated?
Teachers are expected to update grades at least every two weeks. Most will update them each week and some every few days.

I notice that my child's teachers don't post the homework assignments or course syllabus
This feature of the Parent Portal is not one that we have activated at this time. It requires that our faculty learn to use the Teacher Portal which automatically transfers the data for access by the parents. Four or five teachers are beta testing this feature and we look to add it sometime later in the school year.

Can I get the phone numbers of other students in my child's classes?
This feature of the Parent Portal is currently inactive. Permission forms are forthcoming giving you the opportunity to accept or decline having your contact information accessible to others.

Is the attendance accurate?
Not each of the teachers keep attendance through our software program. While the daily attendance is accurate, the class attendance may vary. If you have any questions please contact Mrs. Walther in the attendance office (ext. 49).

Can the "Grade History" serve as a student's official transcript?
No, official transcripts must be obtained from the school Registrar in the Guidance Office. Official transcripts only provide a final grade (end of year or end of semester).
