Campus Visit

The best way to experience Bishop McNamara is in person. If you haven't visited our school yet, we'd like to invite you to do so. The purpose of the campus visit is to take a firsthand look at the school's setting and facilities, talk to students, and experience the overall atmosphere. We prefer that the visits are scheduled. Pre-scheduled visits give the Director of Admissions an opportunity to set aside time to provide a personalized tour and answer any questions you may have. You can schedule a visit by calling our Admissions Office.

Shadow Visit

A special "shadow" visit provides the opportunity for the guest student to spend the entire day with another student. This enables the guest to experience the school, attend classes, meet other students and participate in some school activities and functions. The shadow program runs from mid-September through February.

• Learn about the challenging college preparatory curriculum, including honors and Advanced Placement classes
• Tour the campus, including the newly renovated science labs and state of the art sports turf athletic field
• See the set of the fall musical “Guys and Dolls”
• Hear the award-winning BMHS Band
• Talk with representatives of athletic teams and extracurricular activities
